David aka Spice_Punch from Cambridgeshire has a real passion for bbq, food & entertaining. They recently won the Globaltic Ambassador competition alongside Greg from Cook Slow Bro. They have a dry ager, butcher’s block and are keen to understand the process of bbq, he loves low and slow, hot and fast and trying out new techniques. Sausages, pastrami, dry ageing, bacon and a whole load of different techniques.
